7 more weeks to go! I think after completing the 12 weeks, I'll take a rest a bit and won't do cardio as much as this. I'm starting to miss Herbalife a lot. Usually when I start training, there's always lack supply of F1 at home and when I'm not that disciplined there's always F1 bottles on the table. Always... aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalways like this!!!
I currently have The Biggest Loser Season 7 in my harddrive. I love watching it at night after everyone's asleep. Watching an episode a night before sleeping really motivates me especially after I wake up in the morning and start the day with running!
Can't wait to get my hands on Season 1-6 of TBL. This week I added a picture in my post so that it would deduct the dullness of my health blog. Will be doing the same for my previous posts and future posts! ^_^

Mon 12/4 (Cardio & Upper Body WT) Done
- There's another workout that everybody wants to try these days. It's called the P90X.

Tue 13/4 (Cardio 1 & Cardio 2) Done
- I did my sprints slightly faster today.
Wed 14/4 (Cardio & Lower Body WT) Done
- I feel like I want to do cardio twice each day(during weight training is before and after training, 15 minutes each) but I don't want to push myself too much.
- Either that or adding 5 more minutes to each of my cardios. I'm afraid to do any of the two choices because I have a feeling if I do it, it's like pushing myself too much. But I'll never know it if I don't try it right?
- Ugh... I hate these kind of dilemma's.
Thu 15/4 (Cardio 1 & Cardio 2) Done
- Herbalife support for exercise: I'm drinking 2F3 for breakfast and 2F3 for dinner with soy. I pair my F3 meals these days with carbs such as fiber(veges) or fruit(I eat Fuji apples only)... sometimes pasta. I can't just eat F3 alone because it's whey protein only.
- I have 2 more F3 bottles at home and 1 big Teamix.
- Teringin mau beli F1 botols sooooooon, InsyaAllah. The price increase doesn't make me stop using Herbalife products. :)
- Next week: liquid diet for a week! InsyaAllah I will be strong!
Fri 16/4 (Cardio & Upper Body WT) Done
- Today I learned about Plyometrics Highly Intensive Training. I think I've seen JM trained her team in TBL using this method. This training famous amongst footballers.
Sat 17/4 (Cardio 1 & Cardio 2) Done
- Running more faster. Out of my comfort zone. SEMPUT oh!!!! But I love the result. Very refreshing and when I run really hard I imagine myself fit like JM. Woooooooooohoo!!!
- Alhamdulillah. Berakhir sudah week 5 dgn jayanya.
