

Again, another daily complete meal for today [harap2 malam nih aku balik makan shakes lah, plan nyer cenggitu]. Sori gambo blur sket, makan agak pagik2 nih, dah bukak lampu tapi snap jaoh sket so penataan cahaya yg kurang baik ahehehe... karipap sardin 4 segi tuh leh tahan pedas gak [was not in picture]. Aku minum milo 2 gelas nak hilang pedas akekeke :P
Breakfast: 1 pc karipap sardin + 1 plate mee goreng + 2 glass Milo panas
Lunch: Nasi+ Ikan + sayur minus 1 ikan kasik Nana [tuh psl jadik nasi 4-1 tuh ahehe]
Dinner: Shakes [plan]
Kalo ada pertukaran, aku update lain malam nih. Nih kira extra rajin update sebelom sampai waktu dinner malam nih aheheh :P

Dinner: cereal with low fat milk

Hampir2 nak buat shakes, tangan cemana ntah ter-ambil cereal bowl, ter-tuang low fat milk dalam bowl, ter-tuang cereal dalam bowl, aheheheh, so ter-makan cereal lah malam tadih :p [chaihhhhh]...
Oh ya, bender nih tak der kena mengena, tapi saja nak update, malam tadih blackout tau. Minggu nih saja dah 2x Bukit Gedong blackout :-s, sadis tak sadis. Rushak la laptop haku :-s, harik2 dok re-start balik... adoyaiii....
