18/7 Sun - Interval Running 30 mins - Done
- First time this year in a long long time that I sprinted for 2 minutes straight at the end of the run. Right after I finished my leg felt like jelly. Almost lost my grip there!
19/7 Mon - Chest, Biceps - Done
20/7 Tue - Calves, Quads, Hams - Done
- Weight trained during a cold and rainy day... brrrr!

23/7 Thu - Back, Triceps, Interval running 17 minutes - Done
- Did not run yesterday!
24/7 Fri - Shoulders, Plyo - Done
- Did MY FIRST EVER plyometrics for 20 minutes from the PX90 video. The full video is 1 hour 2 minutes. Cannot tahan! Will try again on Monday morning when my son's at school.
