Afternoon treat: 1/2 pcs left-over power protein bar
Dinner: Oats + milk + milo
Letihnyer... sampai umah kul 12am. Ter-tengok cd sampai kul 3 pagik... tak sedar... tgk2 jam dah melalut... tido pengsan, pagik2 nak bangun g keje lagik, aduhaiii...
Moral: jangan tido lewat +_+
