2010 Training Session 2 (Week 5)

We moved this beautiful machine with the help of 2 Fitness Concept workers from my in-laws to our mini gym. Now with this in the house I don't have any reason not to lose weight and be fit. The only thing that I have to solve is how on earth am I gonna put a carpet under it so that it doesn't move each time I pull heavier weights.

The movers put WD40 for anti-karat on several places and some of it trickled down onto the ground. That's why it's slippery.

I'm also still contemplating on what routine to do this week! Bingung!


Mon 12/7  - Done
Chest, Biceps
Cardio 15 mins
  • Cannot stand running 18 minutes. 3 more minutes is so demotivating for me right now so I'll just try running about 15 mins perday again. 
  • I think I've hit a plateau! Not much progress in this session :(. Need to monitor my carbo intake. I EAT TOO MUCH RICE RICE RICE!

Wed 14/7 - Done
30 Minutes Interval Cardio


Thu 15/7 - Done
Back, Triceps


Fri 16/7 - Done
Shoulders
