2010 Training Session 2 (Week 4)

I've been busy lately. I have no time to whine about exercising last week. It's was all "just do and don't think" kind of workout. This week pulak my son entered a new kindy. The kindy's quite serious about every single student so I have to be there all the time within a few days until he's settled down. Spending 4 hours there is like taking exam. Lenguh minda!

I'll try my best no to miss any workouts...

InsyaAllah I will weigh myself within the first week of August. I'm gonna buy that scale!

Shoulders, Back Workout
  • I've decided to run only on cardio days(kalau rajin tidak apa lah). Before I lose my motivation it's good to take it a bit slow. Build motivation again by watching TBL Season 2. 
  • I haven't started on HL yet. I'm having so much fun eating veges. Currently enjoying eating eggplants every dinner.  4 white eggs for my protein every meal. Yum yum!

  • Crap! I sprained my back a bit today. I think it all happened when I bent down and carried my son to the toilet yesterday. I can't put my hands up, can't bongkok, had to solat sitting down. 
  • Mesti posture during weight lifting on Thursday tidak betul. Frustrated betul! 
  • Right timing oh... just when the exercise machine's going to be moved to our house this thing happened. 
  • Later lah share pix with all of you when the machine arrives. I'm thankful that my father in law doesn't use it anymore. I admit using barbell is quite tough for me. If ada machine for weight lifting, senang hidup sikit.

Sat 10/6 - Done
Hams & Quads Workout
  • Alhamdulillah. I woke up today and my back pain was gone. What a huge relief! 
  • Worked out for a week. Hebat!
  • Tomorrow bayar puasa then go buy food at pasar malam.
