RED FLAG DAY 5
Breakfast:
1/2 slice wholemeal bread with butter spread
Pre-lunch:
1/2 slice wholemeal bread with butter spread
Lunch:
1 plate of nasi putih [ermm, aku dah kurangkan nasi nih, tapi nampak mcm 1 plate jugak, so declare 1 plate jerlah :-s]
1 pc ikan bawal goreng
1/4 pc ikan gulai [over protein la pulok :-s]
2 pcs okra
1 glass of limau panas
Afternoon treat 1:
1 pc Snickers
Afternoon treat 2:
1 cup of Indocoffee
Dinner:Nasi Lemak Raja
1 bungkus nasik lemak
1 pc ayam berempah
ikan bilis
2 small slices of timun
Bbrp pcs kopok lekor
1 glass hot milo
Dinner makan tersangatlah lewatnya. Aku tetiba demam kura, erkk, tak jugak, bukan demam kura, ermmm, sejuk gedi, sampai bersin tak benti semalam :-s. End up, tido bungkus mcm hantu pocong :-s. Bayangkan baju, sweater, selimut, comforter semua bantai cover satu badan. Tapi pagik2 selsema jua akhirnya, cis! Dah takdir nak selsema tuh selsema jugak, walau cover 18 lapis pakaian, haihhh...
