2010 Training Session 2 (Week 1)


Today's workout was great although I had great fear that I would fail the workout session. It was easier than I thought. I hope I can be strong within the weeks that I plan to do this. To tell you guys the truth, my feelings for today on embarking this new routine was like going to a new job on my first day. Uncomfortable.

But of course I just had to suck it in! I have to do it. I want to be fit. I want those piles of FAT to be GONE forever! Below is this weeks workout progress.


Mon 14/6 - Done

Upper Body Workout(Chest, Biceps)
Cardio 18 mins after that
  • Now that's what I called a concentrated workout. 3 different muscle exercises in one. Newbie la dikatakan for these type of routine. 
  • After I finished chest workout I was like OMG! OMG! OMG! That felt so different. My chest muscles are tickling me lol.
  • Since the reps are only 12, 10, 8 I was able to carry heavier weights.
Tue 15/6 - Done

Lower Body Workout(Hamstrings, Quads, Calves) 
No Cardio
  • Skipping cardio today. I'm having first day period stomach pains. But yes, weight training can be done. 
  • Today jemur kain was a pain in the butt! I didn't know before this menjemur kain(hanging wet clothes) involves a lot of biceps and chest muscles. Some more my hands feel like sotong hands. As long as I don't put my arms high up in the air again for today, it's okay.  
  • Lunges are very tough. It's so tough that my butt cheeks hurt. 

Wed 16/6 - Done

Interval Cardio
  • Wanted to cancel cardio today. But decided not to. Couldn't sprint that much. Yesterday's leg workout was incredibly awesome that I had a bit of trouble of trying to sit and stand up today.
  • Chest muscles are still sengal from Monday's workout!
  • I just love my new routine. Sudah la kejap jak workout dia tapi berhari2 pun still can feel the after effects. 

Thu 17/6 -  Done


    Upper Body Workout(Back, Triceps)


    Interval Cardio
    • Gonna be more stricter with my meals this session. More fibre and lesser carbs. Last session I ate almost no fibre. Boooo!

    Fri 18/6 - Done

    Upper Body Workout(Shoulders)
    Interval Cardio 18 minutes
    • Today pula it's quite hard to cut food while cooking because my triceps muscles are sore. 
    • Imagine how the Biggest Losers contestants feel like everyday huh! I think this is just a quarter of what their doing everyday.
    • Semoga aku slim melim cepaaaaat!
     Sat 19/6 - Done

    Interval Cardio
    • There's a kenduri akad nikah I'm supposed to attend on Sunday. Right now I'm so tempted to buy a new baju kurung but I know it's a waste of money. The size 40 baju kurung I bought on March is already loose. I know I'll regret it later after buying but temptation is temptation. So hard to fight!
    • Alhamdulillah. Habis sudah seminggu. Tiring.................. very tiring!!! Akan berusaha lagi minggu seterusnya!
