Week 19: Wednesday's Menu

Breakfast: 3F1(2 choc + 1 cappu) + 100ml cappu soy + 120ml water

Lunch: Tuna with Pepper + Green Leafy Veges(Forgot to take photo. Was too hungry!)

Teamix 150ml

Dinner: 3F1(2choc + 1 vanilla) + 100ml cappu soy + 120ml water

3 in 1 Nescafe + Full Cream Milk - 200ml oh yummy :P ... trying not to feel guilty

Water Water Water of course!!!
