Week 18: Saturday's Menu

Note to self: Losing weight takes time. Take it slow, no need to rush, no need to feel stressed if my progress is slow. I need some happy pills right about now! Tengok Hana Kimi lah muahaha.

Breakfast:
2 pancakes, hash browns, coffee with creamer and sugar... yum, sausage patty.

Temix 200ml

Lunch
3F1(1 Vanilla + 2 Strawberry) + 100 soy + 150ml water

Dinner
3F1(1 cappu + 2 choc) + 100ml choc soy + 150 ml water

A handful of keropok(crackers/chips) anchovies
