Week 19: Monday Menu

I've gotta start taking food pictures for this blog so it looks more interesting :) I would be doing a 4 day detox again this week starting tomorrow. Next week it'll be 3 days only. I think it's not so bad not taking any carbs within this month. I've managed so far and no cravings...yet!

One funny thing... each time I run, I would be looking at those abandoned dumb bell's. I'd probably start weight training again soon lah since those buggers have been staring at me endlessly. It's like I have that urge to lift them. My father-in-law said if you've worked out a lot and still have a big belly it means that you haven't done enough leg exercises. I hope with weight lifting I'd be losing more weight. Malas ba tinguk slow result.


Today's activities:


Breakfast: 3F1 Vanilla + 100ml no sugar soy + 120ml water(Terover kenyang...)

Lunch: Leftover meehoon + tuna(wth?! I ate it then realized I promised not to take carbs this month. My brain forgot to remind me. Lol)

Running on elliptical 15 mins

Dinner: 3F1 Dutch Choc + 100ml choc soy + 150 ml water(was so hungry, my tummy started to hurt, thank goodness I drank just in time)
