Week 19: Thursday's Menu

When am I going to drink HL with water only? Haih...

Breakfast:
3F1(1 cappu + 2 choc) + 100ml cappu soy + 150ml water

Lunch: 3F1( 1 vanilla + 2 strawberry) + 150ml none sugared soy + 100ml water

A handful of raisins

Tea: Nescafe with milk, beberapa keropok udang.

Dinner@Rasta: Tauhu bakar + Taugeh; Rojak Mixed Fruits; Iced Tea; 2 small scoops vanilla ice cream with brownies(pau a bit of hubby's and sis in law's brownies that they shared).
  • Funny thing... I brought camera in order to take pics of my food but forgot the memory card!!
