Week 19: Tuesday's Menu

I refuse to Detox today because I'm not on plateau anymore hihi... Alhamdulillah. I think the 15 mins run really helps :)

Breakfast: Tuna Bun from Bread Story and Caramel Latte(Shugaahh)

Cardio 15 mins

Lunch(4pm) 3F1(1 Cappu + 2 Choc) + 100ml choc soy + 150ml water
  • As usual, after that I drank water till my tummy kembungs

Teamix 1 mug

Some doughnuts... not all haha :P

Dinner: 3F1 Strawberry + 100ml soya no sugar + 130ml water
  • At this moment, I'm craving for veges. Healthy cravings! ;)
