Lunch(4pm) 3F1(1 Cappu + 2 Choc) + 100ml choc soy + 150ml water
- As usual, after that I drank water till my tummy kembungs

Dinner: 3F1 Strawberry + 100ml soya no sugar + 130ml water
- At this moment, I'm craving for veges. Healthy cravings! ;)
