Maintain motivation!
Mon 10/5 (Cardio & Upper Body Workout) Done
- Ugh! I have early flu and cough symptoms. Have to push myself extra hard today.
- Ran fully covered from head to toe today since there where men at work fixing our roof. Extra sweat while running! I'm glad cardio's over for today.
Tue 11/5 (Cardio 1 & Cardio 2) Done
- Period! Sakit tekak! Flu!
- Nevertheless, I have to keep going. The good thing was that there where no flu when I ran. My throat was like normal too :)
Wed 12/5 (Cardio & Lower Body Workout) Done
- Hectic day! Watched a movie. Came back home around 630pm and worked out straight away.
Thu 13/5 (Cardio 1 & Cardio 2) Done
- Tiring day again. Went shopping for 2 and a half hours with high heels, fetched son and then did cardio.I really have to buy comfy shoes when I go boutique hopping next time.
Fri 14/5 (Cardio & Upper Body Workout) Done
- I feel so relieved that my stomach has reduced even though I'm half way there. Each week I have to remind myself, never EVER to go back the way I was. This hard work must be paid off by me enjoying it for the rest of my life.
- I'm subscribing to Tom Venuto's Inner Circle for a month of two and see how's it like since I like his ideology so much. Oooh, private community :P
Sat 15/5 (Cardio 1 & Cardio 2) Done
- 30 minute HIIT. Oh yeah!!!!
- Finished my week 9 dgn jayanya. Alhamdulillah!
Sun 16/5 (Rest Rehat Relax)
