One thing that I have to work out now is my motivation. It has gone down the hill! But it won't stop me completing my 12 weeks workout.The main cause for it because I've finished watching Season 7 TBL. It's like I felt that they've already gotten their goal and that leaves me all alone and fat. Ridiculous huh!

Mon 7/5 (Cardio & Lower Body Workout) Done
- HIIT 17 minutes. Yay!
- Hubby assisted on Quads training.
Tue 18/5 (Cardio1 & Cardio 2) Done
- 30 minutes HIIT, combining my two 15 mins cardio.
- Reducing my coffee intake starting this week.
- Since I love eating burgers so much, I've replaced it with Subway sandwiches on my rest day. I can add extra smoked salmon or smoked turkey/ turkey ham in my 6 inch sandwich, yummy! Gosh thinking about it is so mouth watering. So far I love going to The Curve's Subway. Nearer to home. But I'll always love Wendy's and Burger King. :P
- My cardio sessions are now 17 minutes. No more 15 minute cardio during weight training!

- Hubby assisted me a bit today during weight training. If he trains me SEKSA gila okay! Itu baru sikit. >.<
- Btw, my neck hurts from salah tidur. I can't turn my head to the left and weight training session for today was a bit pain in the butt.
- HIIT 30 minutes whilst alone in the house (hubby has 3 HOURS workout at the gym, son goes to preschool). I seriously need to buy an mp3 player. So hard to motivate myself when running and hearing the crickets chirp.
- Hubby told me he saw the Lose Big groups running up and down the stairs for 20 minutes or so. I wanted so much to join but decided if only I don't lose any weight within a YEAR, then I'll join.
- Lastly, I totally forgot about Jillian's DVD! But hey, HIIT 30 minutes pun sudah semput!
Fri 21/5 (Cardio & Lower Body Workout) Done
- HIIT 18 minutes... and the minutes are getting longer and longer! Me so happy ^_^
- When you need to succeed in the long run, you need motivation to continuously light that fire so it will keep you burning until you reach your goal. I like to read people's success stories.
