Week 24: 2 Menu's

My current weight is 67.7kg. Alhamdulillah.

I've succeeded sacrificing my favorite food for fashion.

Recently I went to Nichii @ The Curve and about 4 beautiful blouses couldn't fit me. The last piece I tried on was a satin blouse and the biggest they had was size L. I came home empty handed. Frustrated and believe it or not, my motivation for not over eating are those blouses that I wanted to buy so badly.

Remember when I told you guys I was 70kg-69kg on and off? Well, the weight just came off within a week of eating less and drinking lots of water. That means 2.3kg in a week. I feel like last minute studying for an exam wahahahaha.

Also not forgetting the TBL competition helps me motivated too.

These are 2 day menus:

All shakes are mixed with 100ml water + 100ml low sugared soy
