I don't know whether eating Toblerone chocolates and eating keropok ikan is what you call detox. :P But anyways, I've been getting great results from this semi detox and not cheating between meals. Basically I'm losing 0.3kgs-0.5kgs each day. So in that case, I'm going to pursue this eating habit until larat lah.
Here are menu's within 2 days. I'm just gonna put it detox because I'd like to think I'm on a detox still although I've cheated eating chocolates and keropok.
All shakes are mixed with 100ml low sugared soy + 100ml water
Detox Day 4 (22/6 Mon)
Breakfast: 3F1
Lunch: 2 ketul TOblerone + 3 keropok ikan small size + 1/4 of papaya
Dinner: 3F1
Detox Day 5(23/6 Tues)
Breakfast: 2F1
Lunch:1/4 Papaya, a couple of keropok ikan + 2 ketul Toblerone

Dinner: 2F1
