Week 21: Friday's Menu

I'm starting my HL diet again. This time my husband told me I can't eat outside until I drop to 66kgs. However I could eat home made food. Outside drinks are allowed. Since I have been eating and eating my weight is back to 70.8kg. So it's like 4.8kgs to go. Gambaro-yo!! Padan jugalah muka kan :P

Breakfast: 3F1(1 Strawberry, 2 Choc) + 150ml water + 100ml cappu soy

Lunch: Fries + rojak buah

Iced Caramel Latte

Dinner: 2F1 Strawerry + 1F1 Vanilla + 150ml water + 100ml soy(ori taste)
