Week 22: Wednesday's Menu

My teh tarik packets are finishing. I've made a decision not to buy any packet drinks or milo until I reach 66kgs. I managed not to buy Nescafe for a year last year and I know I can do it again this year. :)

Breakfast
: 3F1(2 Cappu, 1 choc) 120ml cappu soy + 140ml water

Lunch: 8 chicken nugget balls(kecik2) + teh tarik segera + 2 small buns(from 7 11 the smallest round buns you can find there)

Cardio 15 mins

Dinner: Ayo... I was too busy entertaining my son and that he slept at 1030pm, I totally forgot to take my shakes!!
