Week 21 : Saturday's Menu

Breakfast: Pasta + 2 scrambled eggs with hot chilli sauce. Teh tarik 3+1(trying hard to reduce sweetness in my diet!!!).

Lunch: 3F1(1 cappu, 2 choc) + 200ml water

1 Bun
1 very small bowl of fried noodles(was cooking for my son)

1 cup Teamix

Dinner: 2F1 Choc + 200ml water
