12:00pm lunch at Khasmiri with Isma
1/4 plate of nasik putih
1 slice of ikan gulai
6 pcs of okra
1 mug teamix
1L plain water
9:30pm dinner with Fara at Ara Tokong Ular
1 plate of nasik goreng paprik
1 mug teamix
1L plain water

Kawan datang dari KL, cuti2 mesia. Lepas Isyak aku g airport dan alang2 on the way nak balik tuh singgah makan sekali. Memandangkan lepas workout aku tak makan lagik so amik kesempatan makan sekali malam nih :D>
