Nak jugak jadikkan 2 shakes + 1 normal meal hahahhaa... cuma malam haku kurangkan scoop. Cuti2 nih melampau2 bangun lewat. Memandangkan semalam tak workout so hariknik bantai workout 2X. Before brunch and before dinner. Rasanya haku nak publish lah aku dok workout aper. Ramai tanya nih [konon]... nanti haku karang2 dulu, then publish bila habis edit wokeh bebeh! Ok nite2! Tido2... esok keje pagik nih... :D
Ani oda moi sup! Kat Ara Tokong Ular mmg moi sup dia sedap... Ima tak oda. Diet kah? Cet! mana ada rules diet = tak makan. Diet kena makan lahhhh... Moi sup tuh sepatutnya sedap... tapi malam nih macam masin sket! Erkk, masin banyak lah... sampai Ani g tambah air tadih. Aku tahulah, aku pun rasa 2-3 sudu tadih aheheheh...
