First Week of Herbalife: After 5 Days

After 5 days of eating healthy food and after craving for Iced Caramel Latte so much I finally bought it from Dunkin Donuts and then my stomach felt kinda funny and had a bit of a diahrrea just now hayaaaa lactose intolerrant. I was so strict on my diet this week. I've been such a good girl and I think I must've lost a bit of weight. My usual black pants that I wear for jalan-jalan is a bit loose! I can't believe it. Herbalife really works!

This week I've been a bit sick. Chills and cough so I haven't done my usual daily cardio but man, the results where awesome. It was so awesome I've already ordered another F1 powder for the next 2 weeks consumption.

So far all my efforts of losing weight never goes down the drain. I've managed to lose bit by bit but usually experimenting on various diet fads. Meaning eating healthily and exercising. Meal replacements where the last thing on my mind cause I used to take them when I was younger and always gained it back again...

I decided to take Herbalife this time cause I'm a much disciplined person and I DO exercise. I can trust myself even better and I've read testimonials after testimonials and also currently reading a 36 page worth of other Malaysian Herbalife users discussing on their experiences on Herbalife in a forum. So inspiring I tell you. The good thing about Herbalife is that it also has Whey Protein and that you can still train, gain muscles and lose weight at the same time. It's just that you would have to eat only 1 real food meal per-day! The other meals are shakes :)

It was quite hard for me, say about 3 days to overcome myself on wanting to eat all the pasta's and bread and rice that I cook for my family. After that my stomach surrendered. I no more felt hungry. In fact I feel full to top with the consumption of 3 cups of tea it makes me feel energized! Yes, Herbalife is so KENG!!!!!

Here's to hoping that I slim up a LOT when we go to Kelantan coming late Feb and early March.
