Happy me!

Hey what's up with the same shirt like the previous photo? Beats me, I just love wearing this particular shirt these days. The Indonesian batik shirt feels so comfy! ^_^ Degressing...

Now's February and so far within 3 weeks in January of consuming Herbalife, I managed to lose up to:
  • 5.5kgs(currently 73.5kgs),
  • Reduced 1.5 inches around my waist(37.8 inches to 36 inches)
  • Reduced 1.8 inches around my hips(41.8 inches to 40 inches).
So far, I've quit weight training and am running 20 mins with various speed plus sprinting for 2-4 mins in that session. It's what you call HIIT. I find HIIT very much interesting than normal jog on the elliptical because the normal jog bores the heck out of me. Nah, it's nothing new. Been using the HIIT method since 2005 and I tell you, it can burn more calories and make you sweat more than your normal 20 mins run.

The Herbalife way of eating: So far so good. I manage to eat healthily this week. I am so thankful that I do not eat fatty foods all the time because I have to drink my shake. For instance the urge to go to mamak restaurants or 123 Corner for their lovely teh tarik and nasi lemak which I used to eat almost every morning with my 'boys'.

Herbalife is my saviour! My plan is to use Herbalife until I get my ideal weight. It seems to work pretty fast comparing when I weight train. 4kgs in 1 month is a LOT to lose. Last time I lost 5kgs in 3 months. With the cost of buying whey protein still costs the same when I buy Herbalife powders. Although of course I know 1 portion of muscles equals to 3 portions of fat but you know I've never felt happy like this to see my inches go away so fast and trusting that Herbalife won't give me any yo-yo effect when I reach my goal.

Starting from this month, I'll be seeing Kak Aishah my wellness coach once a month. But I'd probably need to stock up on my supplements within a week or two. InsyaAllah, I want to see more progress this month too!
