Breakfast:
2 pancakes, 1 sausage, 1 hash brown
1 cup of coffee with sugar and creamer.
Lunch:
100ml water + 100ml chocolate soya + 2F1 chocolate.
Dinner:
100ml water + 100ml soya + 2F1 strawberry.
