Week 15: Photo Update


Here's my photo(dengan tidak malunya...bida pun bida lah hihihi). Took it this morning. I don't see much difference from the last time my photo was taken. Sabar... sabar Sarah.... I need to stop eating carbs for a week. 69kgs HERE I COME!!!!!!!!!!

Today's weight = 70.1kg


Today's menu:

Breakfast:
2 pancakes, 1 sausage, 1 hash brown
1 cup of coffee with sugar and creamer.

Lunch:
100ml water + 100ml chocolate soya + 2F1 chocolate.

Dinner:
100ml water + 100ml soya + 2F1 strawberry.
