HL Week 13: Started Running Again

Current weight: 71.9kg(Must be 69kg by end of this week!) I'm happy at least it's not 72.5kgs anymore. Tu la makan jak kerja.

Ran for 15 mins
Breakfast:
Ghee Tosei, Jaipur TTDI, KL(lurve the crunchiness and taste)

Lunch:
100ml Soya(no sugar) + 100ml Water + 2F1 Strawberry

Teamix(1.2ml scoop) + a bit of hot water+ room temperature water(small mug... I mean it. Small!!)

Dinner:
100ml Soya(no sugar) + 100ml Water + 2F1 Strawberry

Man I just have to drink Strawberry flavor everyday since I opened it a few days ago. Telampau sedap!!

Weird though cause I have never been a fan of strawberry drinks. Maybe I should try Tropical Fruit flavor too? *Cringe* haha
