HL Week 13: Losing Yeah!!

Weight today: 71.3kg(-0.6kg)

Woohoo! It's so good to be on track again. Even though lazy me ran for 15mins, it really helps to lose more. I drank teamix and half an hour later I ran semi sprint. That teamix gives me so much energy. CRAZY so CRAZY!!

Breakfast:
100ml water+100ml soya(no sugar)+ 2scoops f1 strawberry

Lunch:
3 sausages, ramen noodles aka mee segera chicken flavor.

Dindin:
100ml water+100ml soya(no sugar)+ 2scoops f1 strawberry

Didn't run today. Fell asleep while waiting my son to nap. ^_^
No teamix too.
