I am hoping that I can encourage her to refocus herself. She's a

I did a very good job yesterday plus I took a couple of cups of Teamix. I weighed myself today and it's down to 69.5kg. I am so grateful that my weight is going down again. But phew, I tell ya... to get myself to NOT cheat again took many many weeks. After losing 10kgs the motivation isn't as strong as the first time I took it.
I gotta thank those models I saw on the fashion show yesterday in One Utama. They look soooo thin. Jelous la apa lagi. >.<
Teamix is so powerful! The next time my husband works late at night I shall make him a cup of Teamix. It's better than coffee. IMO, it gives much much energy boost. Saya yang species pemalas ni pun kalau minum teamix 3 times in a day also cannot tahan duduk diam. Mesti buat kerja sana sini.

Knowing your extra weight, find out the length of your weight loss and weight maintenance program. From the table, if you need to lose between 23-28kgs(like me), you need more or approximately 6 months to lose all those extra weight and also need 6 months maintenance(1 meal perday.) It's a cinch!

The Tools: coffee grinder, glass jar (for post-grinding storage), flaxseedsHere's the coffee grinder I reserve for grinding flax. It's no special kind... just one I picked up at a cooking store. I'm sure to reserve it especially for flax because otherwise the flavor of coffee takes over whatever I sprinkle flax on.Grinding the flax! Here are the ground seeds. I grind them coarsely because I prefer
Since I bought a digital scale it has been a bad habit of mine to weigh myself everyday! So today I weigh around 69.9/69.8 kg. All thanks to the teamix. I haven't taken it for about a week or two, can't really remember. So I took it twice yesterday and seriously I lost around 0.5kgs in one day.
Woohoo!! Semangat semangaaat!!!! Goodbye 70s, hello 60s! :)

Hello Flax Seed Eaters! You are right - flax seed passes through you whole and is not effective at all unless you grind the little buggers first. I use a coffee grinder reserved only for flaxseed. If you look to the right of the posts, you will be able to follow along on Twitter where I stated that flax seeds need to be ground first. Keep the meal cold and in an opaque container after grinding.
Hello Flax Eaters All!Try to eat your flax in the form of seeds rather than oil since the tiny little gems are full of lignans and fiber that will keep you both full and healthy. Imagine adding 2 tablespoons of ground flax seeds to your diet and losing those niggling ten pounds that have been hanging around simply through natural elimination processes! Man, I've been slacking off a lot these days. I'm trying to get there like I was before time first month ambik HL. I have succeeded in eating loads of veges for lunch today and a bit of chicken for protein. I just HAVE to drop to 69 before April ends.
The other day my weight was already 70.1kgs and then hubby took my son and me for tea at Kanki Sushi, One Utama. I had 5 Unagi Bo. Apa lagi...naik bah. Haya!!!
Anyways, on the good side, one funny thing happened. I was touching my shoulders the other day and noticed something solid and hard. I touched the other shoulder, it was the same thing too. Guess what?? I can FEEL my shoulder bones! I also got panicked when I touched my jaw. It felt weird cause it had a boney structure feeling. I asked my husband what it was and he rolled his eyes and told me, "Don't get anymore anxiety attacks because you can feel your bones now okay!" So I asked him," Those are my jaw bones?" "Yup, bones!" he replied. Then I felt so ridiculously stupid. It's so freaking hilarious. I laughed so hard in front of him. I felt silly and happy at the same time!
I am so thankful to be able to feel my bones now lol. Been feeling very unattractive for such a long time.
Detox. I still owe myself a 3 day detox this month. Yes, I detox at LEAST 3 days a month. If crazy enough I detox 3 days a week. I did that two weeks in a row in March. Tidak tahan worr.

What times during the day are the most difficult times to feed yourself and how do you solve the problem (ex. what foods do you use)?Comment to this post with your reply! Thanks!TR
Hello All! I said I would assess the nutritional intake for PA1385 if she posted her eats for the day and here it is:1/2 cup organic rolled oats with 1 tbls. organic salt free peanut butter and 1/4 cup of Fage greek yogurt(fat free). My first observation is that you should lose the peanut butter and sub with egg whites or a good quality protein powder or just stick with the yogurt. 2. In 37% of Americans, the thirst mechanism is so weak that it is mistaken for hunger.
3. Even MILD dehydration will slow down one's metabolism as much as 3%.
4. One glass of water shut down midnight hunger pangs for almost 100% of the dieters studied in a University of Washington study.
5. Lack of water, the #1 trigger of daytime fatigue.
6. Preliminary research indicates that 8-10 glasses of water a day could significantly ease back and joint pain for up to 80% of sufferers.
7. A mere 2% drop in body water can trigger fuzzy short-term memory, trouble with basic math, and difficulty focusing on the computer screen or on a printed page.
8. Drinking 5 glasses of water daily decreases the risk of colon cancer by 45%, plus it can slash the risk of breast cancer by 79%., and one is 50% less likely to develop bladder cancer.
Are you drinking the amount of water you should drink every day?

Well, so much for the nice weather we had on the weekend. Today was rainy and gray! I drove to Belleville to visit my little dancer. We had some errands to run and some time to visit before her ballet class. I wanted to share with you a few pics from Maria Peters, Sister in Iron extraordinaire. She found the Eat-Clean books at her local Barnes & Noble. Thanks Maria!! Hmmm... only one copy of the

Some of you may know that my eldest daughter lives in Portland, OR home of America's largest independent bookstore, Powell's. This place is so big they even have guides throughout the store to help you get around. My daughter was there the other day and saw that one of my books, The Eat-Clean Diet, was featured! Woohoo! Today I've opened up my 4th F1 bottle(within a couple of weeks) which is the Strawberry flavor. Mind you, now I have 4 F1 bottles in different flavors. They are Dutch Chocolate, Cappuccino, Vanilla and Strawberry. All yummy. Surprisingly I quite like the Strawberry flavor cause it has a very strong authentic strawberry smell and a nice taste if I mix it with original flavored soy drink. Yummy.
Today I took shakes for breakfast and for lunch. I am planning to dine outside tonight with hubby and son.
DON'T FORGET!!!I'm on QVC today sometime between 5pm and 6pm EST. I will post the link after it has aired. Today is the last part of a 3 part Q & A series. The topic today is miscellaneous... just a bunch of random stuff.I'll remind you to please check out the Frequently Discussed Topics section on the right-hand side of the blog before asking a question.
