I read that the healthiest is that you can lose up to 4kgs per month. In 3 weeks I actually lost 5.5kg. So this week being the 4th week I added some carbs in my diet and have little snacks between meals. I was quite afraid that I could lose more weight than I can within a month. I don't want to rush into things. I am confident that I will achieve my target weight this year but I want to do it the right way. Slow and steady.
Seriously, I can't stop typing that Herbalife is an amazing product. It's so great that I gotta say "whoa" to myself and hold on to the rein like I'm riding on a horse and trying to make it stop before it falls off the cliff.
Anyways the Tanita weighing machine is a great tool yeah? I am so tempted to buy it. Kak Aishah said that I could buy it around RM400++ where the actual price is about RM700 but I could get it cheap cause I've got Herbalife membership. It's so expensive but I know that a good weighing machine does cost around that much because before this I have been window shopping for a good digital weighing machine. I've bought 2 digital weighing machine's before which costs around RM200-RM300++ combined for both of the weighing machine but eventually it was unrepairable and was used for a short time only. As for the cheap weighing machine, it's so unreliable. It doesn't give you the correct weight!!!
...Yes, I really want that Tanita weighing machine!!!
