Today my hands where itchy to measure my waist. It went down to 33.5 inches.
Breakfast: 2 scoops F1+ 200ml plain water.
Snacked: 2 little choc chip cookies and bits of keropok lekor. Bad girl!
Drank: Nescafe Mocha(canned drink)
Lunch: 2 bowls of spaghetti+minced meat+ 2 boiled eggs.
Have to work harder! Yesterday I didn't snack on anything. Payah mau tahan hati ni. Isk... Been eating like a glutton for the past 9 years and the habit of overeating is so heavenly. I am my own Gluttons Anonymous. I am in the process of overcoming it although I've been trying to eat healthily ALL the time but Herbalife is the real challenge.
Why? Because eating 3 times a day is so damn hard! Keep it together... Keep it together... lol But then again no matter how much I think I overate, my inches just keeps on going down.
That's why I call Herbalife my HAPPY SHAKES!!
P.S: I'm thinking of taking Herbalife Detox for 2 or 3 days. Need to order more shakes. *I'm currently dancing ChaCha in my head with the music and all*
