Today I tried on my XL pants. I was happy that my over sized thighs could fit into it!!! Although I still couldn't button the pants cause my waist size is around 35 inches. I remembered a couple months ago I couldn't button up my XXL pants but now it fits perfectly.
This week I'm trying my best not to snack and no heavy meals. My lunch usually consumes 50% veges and 2 eggs or 2 small chicken drumsticks like the drumsticks at Domino's Pizza. Keciput punya kecik. If I'm still hungry(usually I'm not) I'll eat half of Fuji apple(the only apple brand I buy cause they are big and sweet). The other half I give it to my husband. After that I'd eat my Tea Mix. It fills up my tummy till dinner.
Another thing is that next week I'm going to mix my shake with plain water only. No extra calories for me till the end of February. Gotta get rid of those FATS pronto!
