For those people who weight train, BMI does not count but we humans are curious creatures. I did a little calculating just now. Below are my BMI stats. My height 152cm. Small yet still obese. Sigh. But nevertheless, I will work hard!
Underweight=42kg(18.2)
At least=43kg(BMI=18.5)
Lean=44kg(BMI 19)
Ideal=45kg(BMI 19.5)
Normal=43kg-58kg(BMI 18.5-24.9)
Overweight=58kg-69kg(BMI 25.1-29.9)
Obese=70kg and above(30.3)
Current: Obese=73.5kg(BMI 31.2)
