Taking a Break

I'm currently taking a break from my daily exercise. It's been two weeks now without any weight training but I managed to run once in a while when I felt like it. I'm starting my exercise routine again this week. Felt really flabby and out of shape again. I've also started to feel really comfy with all the fatty food intakes.

I've finished my old can of whey protein and when I went to the store to buy some more there are so many to choose from. Thankfully the lady gave me a catalog. But then again I'm depending on my husband to choose which whey protein is the best. I'm just lazy to do all the research to find out which one is the best.

Being 60kgs is great so far. The greatest thing is that I could enjoy more variaties of clothes and feeling much better about myself. But I know the journey of being healthy does not stop here. I am targeting to lose more kilos before the big holiday on late Feb. or early March in Kelantan.
