The Results from Ramadhan Mubarak

My prayers have been answered Alhamdulillah. All these months I've wanted the bench and new sets of dumbbells in our home and finally last week hubby brought it down from Papa's gym. I want it so much to happen and dreams are really really important so that I can achieve what I really really want...which is none other than losing those extra weight.

I foresee myself losing 10kgs on January and 10 more kgs by my birthday on March. Yes, that's how fast you can lose weight when you weight train. The doctor said it's good for my heart too. So I'll have twice the cardiovascular exercise(1. weight train 2. running). Although my friend told me that her brother's a specialist and forbid women to weight train but to know ones limit and to seek advice from a doctor for these matters can really satisfy my needs. I'm sorry but I do enjoy weight training and I can't stop it... not now, even though I was told it's not good for womens bones. I've gotten more points on the pro's of weight training for women than the points on cons of weight training for women(please forgive me for I have no time to write a full review about it).

As for my pre-hypertension symptoms, they are lesser and lesser by the day to almost none at all. Alhamdulillah, Praise to Allah! This one month of Ramadhan Mubarak, I have no contiuous palpitations, headaches and pain behind my neck. My weight has gone down to 65kgs and I know it has gone up a bit after Eid ul-Fitri. But not to worry... it's going DOWN!

I am a very happy lady! But not happy enough to see my sagging body on parts of my body hahahaha... I just wish that losing weight doesn't come with sagginess. It's really ugly. I've read about how extremely obese people especially women had rapid weight loss and had to deal with exsessive skin dangling around their body. They had to have a nip/tuck session to correct it. Especially around the belly area which to my surprise does look really ugly and scary! Well, I'm not that obese but my post pregnant belly is still here but not as big as it was before.

I wonder when will these saggy lines dissapear. My skin is filled with lined patterns, like I'm another species of human part alien lol.

Oh and before I forget, even though that now we have a mini gym at home, hubby and I are still trying to pick ourselves up and to start training again. I don't know WHY is it so hard to start. Even now I'm still eating quite loads of carbo everyday... Just like when I got back from my 4 day vacation in Sabah.

I've thought long enough and made a decision that yes amongst all of the things I wanna buy with the now limited money we have, I will buy a good meal replacement(for real this time). Don't be surprised with my slimmer body okay... Jangan jealous.

Yosh!!! Let next week be a more healthier week for both of us!!!
