12 Weeks Training Again.

I've finally started weight training yesterday and started up with upper body exercise and boy did my muscles ached badly yesterday. It ached so much like 'masuk angin' aching and only today that my other muscles are sore. A good sore, the one I like. Today the most sore parts are my upper chest(not lower ah, haha). I have a sore throat and I don't quite feel like running today...
