I haven't done weight training yet. So this year it's running all the way. It still helps a lot. Especially when I feel sluggish, after a 20 minute run(which I try on various speed) I feel very fresh! I wish I was rajin enough to do it everyday, dammit.
My Omega Soy supplement is still there. Yeah, I haven't finished it yet cause it doesn't taste as good. I'm going to try Herbalife next. I need to lose that much weight fast. I don't know if I can make it and slim down during Raya but whatever it is, I must do something drastic. I'm gonna meet my old buddies from school and they still look hot as ever... except me :P
As for my eating habit, so far so good but I still can't resist on drinking a couple of hot sweet Milo everyday! The sugar withdrawal is so damn hard! It's harder to quit drinking sugar than to quit smoking. I've tried to quit smoking for 2 or 3 years and succeed until now. Alhamdulillah.
Lastly, I hope that in days to come, I'll be able to fit in more of my jeans that I thought I couldn't fit forever.
