Weight Training in Ramadhan

Since Ramadhan is approaching and since I have at least 5kgs more to lose before I celebrate Eidul Fitri in KK, I've decided to google "weight training in Ramadhan".

I've never weight train in Ramadhan before and usually I would regret for not training for a whole month! It disrupts my metabolism and not only that, I would gain a couple of kilo's. All my hard work down the drain!

Ehem, back from digressing...So in this post, I will gradually expand my favorite links till I don't know when and be glad to share it with all of you who are curious on how to weight train during the month of Ramadhan.

Hello Old Jeans!!

Pat on the back(my back lah, who else). I can finally fit into my old jeans, the ones that I wear before pregnancy. Yippie! Alhamdulillah is what I must say. With my ideal weight at 48kgs, I still have 22kgs to go.

I haven't done weight training yet. So this year it's running all the way. It still helps a lot. Especially when I feel sluggish, after a 20 minute run(which I try on various speed) I feel very fresh! I wish I was rajin enough to do it everyday, dammit.

My Omega Soy supplement is still there. Yeah, I haven't finished it yet cause it doesn't taste as good. I'm going to try Herbalife next. I need to lose that much weight fast. I don't know if I can make it and slim down during Raya but whatever it is, I must do something drastic. I'm gonna meet my old buddies from school and they still look hot as ever... except me :P

As for my eating habit, so far so good but I still can't resist on drinking a couple of hot sweet Milo everyday! The sugar withdrawal is so damn hard! It's harder to quit drinking sugar than to quit smoking. I've tried to quit smoking for 2 or 3 years and succeed until now. Alhamdulillah.
